And the Lord said unto me, The backsliding Israel hath justified herself more than treacherous Judah.
And Jehovah said unto me, Backsliding Israel hath showed herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
And Jehovah saith unto me: `Justified herself hath backsliding Israel, More than treacherous Judah.
And Jehovah said unto me, Backsliding Israel hath shewn herself more just than treacherous Judah.
And the Lord said vnto me, The rebellious Israel hath iustified her selfe more then the rebellious Iudah.
And Jehovah said to me, Backsliding Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
And the LORD said to me, The backsliding Israel has justified herself more than treacherous Judah. ¶
And the Lord said to me, Israel in her turning away is seen to be more upright than false Judah.
A Call to Repentance
(Hosea 14:1–3; Zechariah 1:1–6)
And the LORD said to me, “Faithless Israel has shown herself more righteous than unfaithful Judah.
even HaShem said unto me--backsliding Israel hath proved herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
And the LORD said unto me, The rebellious Israel has justified her soul in comparison to the treacherous Judah.
And the Lord said unto me, The backsliding Israel hath justified herself more than treacherous Judah.
A Call for Repentance
Then Yahweh said to me, “Apostate1 Israel has proved herself more upright2 than treacherous Judah.
- Or “unfaithful”
- Or “righteous”
And Jehovah said to me, The apostate Israel has justified herself more than treacherous Judah.
And the LORD said to me, The backsliding Israel has justified herself more than treacherous Judah.
The Lord said to me, "Backsliding Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
Jehovah said to me, "Backsliding Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
The Lord said to me, "Backsliding Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.
Then said Jehovah to me, Rebellious Israel is less guilty than faithless Judah.
And Yhwh said unto me, The backsliding Israel hath justified herself more than treacherous Judah.
