ἐπέκεινα (equivalent to ἐπ' ἐκεῖνα namely, μέρη (cf. Winers Grammar, § 6, the passage cited at the end)), adv, beyond: with the genitive, Βαβυλῶνος, Act 7:43. (Often in Greek writings from Herodotus down both with and without the genitive; in the Sept. Amo 5:27; Gen 35:16; Jer 22:19.)
