And Abram said, Behold, to me thou hast given no seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir.

Againe Abram saide, Beholde, to me thou hast giuen no seede: wherefore loe, a seruant of mine house shalbe mine heire.

And Abram sayd: se to me hast thou geven no seed: lo a lad borne in my housse shalbe myne heyre.

And Abram said, Behold, thou have given no seed to me. And, lo, a man born in my house is my heir.

And Abram said, Behold, to me you have given no seed: and, see, one born in my house is my heir.

And Abram said, You have given me no child, and a servant in my house will get the heritage.

Abram continued, “Behold, You have given me no offspring, so a servant in my household will be my heir.”

And Abram said: 'Behold, to me Thou hast given no seed, and, lo, one born in my house is to be mine heir.'

And Abram said, “Look, you have not given me a descendant, and here, ⌞a member of my household⌟¹ is ⌞my heir⌟.”²
