1 When Pashur the son of Immer the priest (he was chief officer in the house of the LORD) heard Jeremiah prophesying these things,

3 And it happened on the next day, Pashur brought Jeremiah out of the stocks. Then Jeremiah said to him, The LORD has not called your name Pashur, but Terror from All Around.
