ὑγιαίνω — hygiaínō

ὑγιαίνω; (ὑγιής); from Herodotus down; to be sound, to be well, to be in good health: properly, Luk 5:31; Luk 7:10; Luk 15:27; (3Jn 1:2); metaphorically, the phrase ὑγιαίνειν ἐν τῇ πίστει (Buttmann, § 133, 19) is used of one whose Christian opinions are free from any admixture of error, Tit 1:13; τῇ πίστει, τῇ ἀγάπη, τῇ ὑπομονή, (cf.
