Hiph`il Imperfect 3 masculine singular וּמְלָכִים יַרְדְּ Isa 41:2 and kings he causeth (him) to dominate; but apocopatic form strange, read יָרֹד (√ רדד q. v.) Ew Di Du; יַחֲרִד ᵐ5 Klo Che.

Qal Perfect 3 masculine singular הַדְּבָ֑שׁ ׳ר Judg 14:9b out of the carcass he scraped the honey (see GFM); suffix וַיִרְדֵּהוּ אֶלכַֿפָּיו vJudg 14:9 a he scraped it out into his palms; Buhl^Lex Du also עַליְֿדֵיהֶם ׳ר Jer 5:31, namely, gifts, money, figurative for making gain (most I. רדה q. v.).
