1 David persuades to patience and confidence in God, by the different estate of the godly and the wicked.
1 ¶ A Psalm of David. Fret not yourself because of evildoers, neither be you envious against the workers of iniquity.

זֹמֵ֣םזמ֣םזֹמֵםזמםzo.Mem[is] plottingH2161HVqrmsa רָ֭שָׁער֭שערָשָׁערשעRa.sho'[the] wickedH7563HNcmsa לַ/צַּדִּ֑יקל/צד֑יקלַ/צַּדִּיקל/צדיקla./tza.Dikto the/ righteousH9005H6662HRd+Aamsa וְ/חֹרֵ֖קו/חר֖קוְ/חֹרֵקו/חרקve./cho.Rekand/ [is] gnashingH9002H2786HC+Vqrmsa עָלָ֣י/ועל֣י/ועָלָי/ועלי/ו'a.La/vtowards/ himH5921AH9033HR+Sp3ms 13 The LORD shall laugh at him: for he sees that his day is coming.
אֲדֹנָ֥יאדנ֥יאֲדֹנָיאדני'a.do.Nai[the] LordH0136HNpt יִשְׂחַק\־ישחק\יִשְׂחַק\־ישחק\yis.chak-he laughsH7832\H9014HVqi3ms רָ֝אָ֗הר֝א֗הרָאָהראהra.'Ahhe seesH7200GHVqp3ms יָבֹ֥איב֥איָבֹאיבאya.Vo'it will comeH0935GHVqi3ms 14 The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of upright conversation.
