1 The impious hath said in his heart—There is no God! They have acted corruptly, they have done an abominable deed, there is none that doeth good.

Upon Yahweh, have they not called.

עֲצַת\־עצת\עֲצַת\־עצת\'a.tzat-[the] plan ofH6098\H9014HNcfsc עָנִ֥יענ֥יעָנִיעני'a.Ni[the] poorH6041HAamsa תָבִ֑ישׁוּתב֑ישותָבִישׁוּתבישוta.Vi.shuyou will put to shameH0954HVhi2mp יְהוָ֣היהו֣היְהוָהיהוהYah.wehYahwehH3068GHNpt מַחְסֵֽ/הוּ\׃מחס/הו\מַחְסֵֽ/הוּ\׃מחס/הו\mach.Se./hu[is] refuge/ hisH4268H9023\H9016HNcmsc+Sp3ms 7 Oh that, out of Zion, were granted the salvation of Israel! When Yahweh bringeth back the captives of his people, Jacob, shall exult, Israel, be glad.
