ἔξεστι — éxesti

ἔξεστι, an impersonal verb (from the unused ἔξειμι), it is lawful;

a. followed by the present infinitive: Mat 12:2; Mat 12:10 (Tdf. infinitive aorist),;; Luk 6:2 (R G T); (L T Tr WH infinitive aorist); with the aorist infinitive: Matt. ( L T);; Mar 3:4; Mar 12:14; Luk 6:9; Act 2:29 (ἐξόν εἰπεῖν scil. ἔστω, allow me (others supply ἐστι, Buttmann, 318 (273); Winer's Grammar, § 64, I. 2 a., cf. § 2, 1 d.)); with the infinitive omitted because readily suggested by the context, Mar 2:24 and Rec. in Act 8:37.

b. followed by the dative of person and a present infinitive: Mar 6:18; Act 16:21; Act 22:25; and an aorist infinitive: Mat 19:3 (L T WH omit the dative); Mat 20:15; Mar 2:26 (R G L Tr text); Mar 10:2; Luk 20:22 R G L; Joh 5:10; Joh 18:31; Act 21:37; ἐξόν ἦν, Mat 12:4; ἅ οὐκ ἐξόν, namely, ἐστι, 2Co 12:4; with the infinitive omitted, as being evident from the context: πάντα (μοι) ἔξεστιν, namely, ποιεῖν, 1Co 6:12; 1Co 10:23.

c. followed by the accusative and infinitive: Luk 6:4; Luk 20:22 T Tr WH; so here and there even in classic writings; cf. Rost § 127 Anm. 2; Kühner, § 475 Anm. 2; (Buttmann, § 142, 2).
