⁸ “And you must keep all of the commandments¹ that I am commanding you ⌞today⌟,² so that you may have strength and you may go and you may take possession of that land ⌞to which you are crossing⌟³ to take possession of it,

⁹ so that ⌞you may live long⌟¹ on the land that Yahweh swore to your ancestors,² to give it to them and to their offspring, a land flowing with milk and honey.
