Chapter 7
1 Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every pollution of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

For you sorrowed in a way acceptable to God, that you might in nothing receive injury from us.

In all respects you have shown yourselves to be blameless in this matter.
