1 Then therefore Pilate took Jesus and scourged him.

And the writing was: JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS.

Now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout.

And they, putting a sponge full of vinegar about hyssop, put it to his mouth.
