Chapter 5
1 Therefore, being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

ὑπομονὴhupomonēperseveranceG5281N-NSF δοκιμήν,dokimēncharacter,G1382N-ASF δοκιμὴdokimēcharacterG1382N-NSF ἐλπίδα·elpidahope;G1680N-ASF 5 and this hope disappoints us not; because the love of God is poured abundantly into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that is given to us.

δικαιωθέντεςdikaiōthenteshaving been justifiedG1344V-APP-NPM αὐτοῦautouof HimG0846P-GSM σωθησόμεθαsōthēsomethawe will be savedG4982V-FPI-1P ὀργῆς.¶orgēswrath!G3709N-GSF 10 For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.
