1 And they came to the other side of the lake, into the country of the Gerasenes.

And the unclean spirits coming out, entered into the swine; and the herd rushed down the steep into the lake, about two thousand, and were drowned in the lake.

And they came to see what had been done.

περιεβλέπετοperieblepetoHe was looking aroundG4017V-IMI-3S τὴνtēnthe [one who]G3588T-ASF ποιήσασαν.¶poiēsasanhaving done.G4160GV-AAP-ASF 33 But the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had been done to her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.

The child is not dead, but is sleeping.

But putting them all out, he taketh the father of the child, and the mother, and those who were with him, and entereth where the child was.
